gir would of had to change it around a bit, because it only shows mod+ who joined the server, so they can stop potential spammers.

I do agree about this . . . People do only vote if they get a reward . . . I suggest a Drop Party every 500 votes and maybe like 10m Everytime you vote . . .

How you would get your 10m . . . You would post picture proof of you voting and post it in a Forum Thread called "Vote" but the votes wouldn't count like in spam. Would help economy too.
