You spammed because you were mad that Gir took a SOL from you, so you started threatening him, and calling him a scammer... so you got banned.

You then proceeded to make more accounts and harass and spam me about it, so I muted you.

Proceeding, you made another account and did the same process, so you got IPmuted.

Account recovery doesn't work when the user is banned.
