Slayer would probably take awhile depending on if your not lazy xD

Full ahrims can be achieved at the barrows mini game of course

You can get magebooks and masterwands in the mage arena

Yeah, slayer will take a while, everything else will be a blast, but if you kill daggonoth kings for berserker rings and stuff, and those will be able to buy all of the stuff
