Well No lifed It i can see your new to forums and game probably the price guide is a guide line also its from march this is the end of may prices change all the time look at gas but I had a ss I bought it for 50m I sold it for 50m and I got one from a friend for bandos boots which is about 50m people are always sellling sellling and buying it for 40-60m its a pretty solid 50m I think 40m isnt a bad offer if you really need cash I would consider selling for 40m.
