But to make Rune Claws you need to have 98 Smithing.
Which doesn't make them free at all.[/SIZE][/COLOR]

Yes Cuntface, rune claws turn into rune defenders, but the only ones that do so are the ones made by 98 smithing so rune defenders still have value.
