People buy rares because:
- they look cool (you can't show this off)
- they look cool in the inventory e.g. disk of returning (that shit looks like a bottle of lube)
- they have extremely high stats (I can't think of a witty comment)
- lots of people want them (no one wants to be butt fucked, hence no one wants lube)
