Forum updates [10-27-11]

[SIZE="2"]Okay, I've done a bit with the forums.

MODERATOR APPLICATIONS:
- To start things off... I added a post count requirement to post mod apps and even see the section!

- If you don't have 300 posts, you can't see the section. I feel it's necessary to give people the oppotrunity to post if they're above 300.



- If you're not mod material, you shouldn't have a say in who gets mod, so I made posting there requiring 300 posts too.


IN OTHER NEWS:
- A few requirements have been added [None of you will notice]

The pink names have been removed.
- Back to normal now!

- A Halloween banner has been added to the top of the forums on all themes.

OT: I agree with the 300 posts to make a thread in the Moderator Application section but u should make able to post on the thread the people that doesnt have it. Not every1 has 300 posts+ [/COLOR]

Good updates, now you should have time to fix those Armor Sets I sent you last week. Oh and you should remove the infraction option "Posting a Mod App without reading the requirements."
