DO YOU UNDERSTAND THIS?:
Yes I do.
Explain why you should be mod:
Throughout my SilGar career I have seen many moderators come and go as well as admins. I've seen their mistakes and their triumphs. From those I know how I should act and what to do in certain situations. I have been around long enough to know what I am doing. They say patience is a virtue, this is true to an extent. I'm not saying I'm going to let everything fly, but what I am saying is I will have the patience to deal with some of the less easier people to work with. I find myself from day to day seeing, meeting, and helping various types of people. Thus, I can strongly agree that I can get along with most players.
I see some staff today playing 'favorites'. This means that they give more leeway to their friends rather than the average player of whom they've never met before. This can make others feel like they have been treated unfair or unjust. Leading to more unruliness and separation of the community as a whole. All my life, even out of the virtual world, I have never played favorites. Like I said, favorites don't help anything.
Being moderator also entails that you know the game. By no means am I a "pro" at the server. I'm still learning even to this day! And being a moderator only opens a whole other book for me to learn and better myself. But I do have a good know how of this server. Clues, monsters, and even pking are all things I have experienced and learned from. The majority of the questions players have, I can answer without hesitation.
Maturity in this day and age can get you a lot. Although I am 16, I feel that I am mature enough to take on this job. I can sort matters through logic and understanding in both aspects of the players that I may be dealing with. Many of them being immature, I can set an example for the rest of the community.
Communication is key to understanding, right? Then like I have stated before, I have no problem getting a resolution to a problem through communication. Communication requires that the communicating parties share an area of communicative commonality. Which in layman's terms means, I can relate to their problem and thus leading to a faster resolution.
My intentions, if I get moderator, are fair and just. Better the server through moderation and support. Support those who are aspiring players, who knows they could be admin some day. Moderate those who break the rules and make the community that much better.
What makes me stand out? I have a friendly personality and I am laid-back if you're on my good side, but strict in a moment's notice. I am extremely diligent in my passions. But that's what makes me stand out, SG is my passion.
Anything else you would like us to know:
I offer my help to the server and only to better it. I appreciate any constructive criticism.
