[Gir]

Okay first off, I have completely done a RANGING REVAMP!
I've spent the past few days redoing range. With tons of research and calculating
i've managed to perfectthe range formulas to be extremely accurate. Along with
this range revamp.... Special Bolts have been introducted into the game!

• Enchanted Bolts have been added to the game with their abilities/effects.
  
• All range formulas have been redone to be accurate. (accuracy, defence, max hit)
  
• Along with the formulas, your arrow strength now matters.
  
• Along with all that, range prayers now work with their real effects.

Another large update! Ghost Death! If you die against a monster such as a Wyvern,
you'll respawn as a ghost for 30 seconds. This'll prevent combat suicide rushing.

• Unable to switch gear/wear gear while a ghost.
  
• Unable to teleport while a ghost.
  
• You are a ghost for 30 seconds.
  

SOME OTHER THINGS....
-Tweaks

• The Dragon Claws special attack has been boosted quite a bit.
  
• Chaotic Weaponry will now require 80 attack to be equipped.
  
• The Vesta Longsword will now only require 25% energy (4 attacks now)
  
• Some not so popular items will now weild in their proper spot.
  

-Bug Fixes

• If you leave a clan chat, you won't rejoin it on login.
  
• If you were frozen, you would still be able to follow, this is fixed.
  
• Ava's accumulator now has it's proper range bonus on it.
