~Server Updates~

• random message when ranging monsters removed
  
• dragon claws now have their proper bonus'
  
• dragon claws have been weakened slightly
  
• iron axe will now work with 1 woodcutting
  
• ::maxhit will now show your maxhit for range if your wearing range
  
• redid the skull system
  
• redid the basics of the quest system
  
• granite maul special switching has been fixed
  
• quickbet can't be used until 120 activity on webclient
  
• projectile clipping fixed while unable to move
