This is the hardest part of the application, mainly because I find it difficult to write about myself.
I assess myself a lot, and I constantly think of what I am, and am not capable of, and in my mind, given what I have managed to achieve in the short amount of time I've spent interacting with this community, I firmly believe that, after much consideration, I am ready for the position of Player Moderator.
I tend to look at things as neutrally as I possibly can. To me, that's a quality that any good moderator needs: The ability to look at both sides of a conflict, and to assess which side has done wrong. Even in real life, whenever I am presented with a conflict, I do my fullest to fully assess a situation and hear what both sides have to say about it before making an informed decision about the matter at hand.
My main strength, and the factor that could potentially lead to me gaining support with this application, is my personality. There's no doubt that I am a likable person. There are of course going to be the few exceptions that disagree with this statement, but I think that over the past few months that I have been here, I have proven that I am, for the most part a likable person, and someone that is very easy to get along with, and easy to approach. I have always been more than happy to talk to people, and answer any questions that they have had to the best of my ability, whether it be money making methods, skilling methods, assisting them with fixing glitches, or simply telling someone to report and issue to a moderator, or even to sit down and have a friendly chat. I have never given anyone a half-assed response, regardless of the question, or problem at hand. I've made many friends on here, some of whom would place a lot of trust on me, all because of the fact that I am a genuine, honest, and easy to get along with person, even on the Internet, which is something I believe is more difficult to find on something as vast as the Internet. When it comes to this community, I've always put my best foot forward to treat you guys as well as you've treated me, because I feel that that's what a community like this deserves.
Should I get the position, I can assure anyone reading this, that there will never be a moment where anyone will ever doubt my ability as a moderator, but more importantly as a member of this community as a whole.

Also just to add in my past experience, I've been mod twice before and succeeded with flying colors. I won't disappoint if I do receive the position for a third time. :^)

With that being said, there are still flaws that I am carrying with me into this application.
First of all, I've only been here for a short amount of time, hardly over the minimum requirement of 3 months, which may take away from any strength in this application because 3 months isn't that long a time, and perhaps isn't a long enough time to gain the trust, and acceptance of this community, but as mentioned previously, I believe that I have gained the acceptance from this community in a much shorter time than anyone would have first guessed upon my arrival here roughly 4 months ago.
And secondly, I've never been the most confident of people, but I always, always try to do what's right no matter what... and over time, I've become a more confident person in-game, and on the forums. I think that if I am given the chance at the moderator position, I will also be confident doing that once I "learn the ropes" so to speak.

There’s barely any staff online at the moment that actually care about the server, most log in look at player count and log out because it made them depressed. I’m a top lad and very knowledgeable about skillabgarza. I could put the time and effort to making any new players who log on from our great new 250$ advertisement feels welcome amongst mongrels like pkerdtm. I am extremely active, like slaving over mutant tarn to get korasi active. I am aware I don’t need to be staff to be able to help out, but the authority would allow me to easier help players and deal with troublesome pests like pkerdtm.

Why? Well this is the fourth or fifth time I think that I am making a mod application.
Reason is, it would be better to understand who will need help. I always wanted to be moderator in Sg and everybody knows that. If I wouldn't love SilabGarza I wouldn't try to get in for years. Now I am lucky that Gir got me back here and I will do everything to help in economy of the game, I will do everything to back the server how it was and I will help everyone who will need help about clues quests etc. I miss old times, I miss how everything was and I am going to help SilabGarza to raise everything as before because it helped me when I was a kid. It helped me with a good community, good friends and everything was fine and I wish that we are going to make it out to back the economy and make this as it was. (Sorry for bad English)

I believe I have excellent reasoning and diffusion capabilities and are respected enough to get people to understand one another. Not every situation need be solved with mutes and bans.

I hold the community very close to my heart as I'm sure everyone here can tell. I've never truly felt the need for a moderator application before, but the time seemed right now.

I'm very active on the forums, and I'd love to help people out whenever I can. Answering ::help calls would be a blast for me, I'd get a lot of enjoyment out of it, and if they were to repetitively ask for help, I'd tell them to add me, and answer their questions from there. I can act immature at times( with friends, or jokingly.), but at the same time, I will be mature and stop things before they go too far. I would deal with rule breakers whenever I would be on, and I'd keep things in order. I mostly hang out at skill, in which I barely see any mods almost all of the times that I've been there.

[COLOR="Red"]I Believe i should be given the opportunity to become moderator as even though i am a newish player, i have been very active since the start and this has gifted me with invaluable game information and knowledge which is vital within the moderator status. Although I am largely a pker, I often try help those who need help no matter how little the problem and i require the patience to do so. I have recently also tried to make my knowledge more accessible to others through my beginners guide which in the near future will be updated in order to improve it further. Although many many believe me to be immature, believe me that i am when it is required which i can also prove, however i still posses a more 'fun' personality which enables me to interact better with the players. I Feel that in the shortish time I have been playing this server i have strived for it to be further improved and although at times i may have seemed to rant unlike others i didn't give up and continue to actively contribute. Also as a British player, i can fill in the timezone that is often left unmoderated at times. Overall i feel i posses the qualities which are required to be a moderator, as a very active player i know the ins and outs of the server which will help me to make more of an impact if i receive this position.

Well i have proven in the past that i am able to handle the position of "Moderator.". I have past "moderator,Administrator and co-owner experience for RSPS'S" Although i may have ended badly the last time i can promises that wouldn't happen this time. I hope we can put the past behind us Brittany and move forward. i can say I am sorry for my past "flame" to you and hope i can prove that i have grown over the years. i am aware of all the In-game and forum rules and will enforce em for the best of my ability.

Anything else you would like us to know: again sorry for past mistake's but as a "Staff-Member i never made a mistake" but as a friend i did sorry.. we both know what happened hope we can move past it. I think that I deserve another chance at mod because I see myself as a honest, helpful, respectful and active player. I've been playing silabgarza for around 2 and a half years now, I have alot of experience about the server therefore I can give those players the help they need. The staff team we have now aren't really that active and this is where I can help.

I would be a good addition to the staff team seeing as we only have 1 other British staff member, I also have had previous experience in this role, I had learn't how to handle reports on the forums and deal with many problems ingame.
