Have always thought previous staff only got their position because of how popular they are on the server, and when they get it they don't seem to care. Think the demotions were the right choice, and some great promotions. Why some of the staff got it in the first place though is beyond me, report after report for the same things.[/SIZE][/COLOR]

Haha, I watched under cover boss, with the big energy firm. Loved this idea. Completely agree with demotions and promotions. This should be regular every month.
