Ok first start out with your render on a blank canvas
![]() Duplicate the render and spread it around the canvas I made a few extra just in case ![]() smudge one of the layers with the duplicated renders, use sample all layers and around 77% strength this brush Screenshot by Lightshot ![]() Move the other smudged layer to the top and hide it. Get out this brush Screenshot by Lightshot and smudge another layer ![]() unhide the other smudged layer and put it on overlay ![]() smudge the render some ![]() add some lighting (I'm not a fan of the burn tool so I use a black brush on a lower opacity ![]() place a black/white gradient map on overlay with a lower opacity ![]() create a new layer and apply the image then Filter>sharpen ![]() And your finished if you want more simple tuts like this please post outcomes Very simple HD 6 layer smudge TUT - Ashton - 06-14-2012 [COLOR="White"][SIZE="2"]Final outcome looks pretty good.
