a) There's a difference in stating an opinion, and doing what he did... he said "I don't know you... /no" that's different then maybe saying something along the lines of "I have never seen you in-game, and I don't quite think you're ready." Then, maybe It wouldn't have seemed like a stupid post...

He/she is entitled to their opinion whether he/she has 1 or 1000 posts, why? Simply because he/she plays the game and one day you may have to help them. If you're just going to palm them off because they don't have as much experience as you, then you're not going to be on the staff team very long.
