If we continue to do our job as we should, then the only problem might be the hostbanned users, but most of them won't pay attention to the forums.

It'll hopefully increase people back on SG.
Even if 10 people come back and stay, vote daily, that's 300 extra votes a month give or take. Yes pls, not to mention increase in donations and general stuff like pking, eco, etc.

This will bring a lot of people back that have changed/learned from their mistakes and won't break the rules again. The people that do break them again will be muted/banned again. This is a good idea.
