I honestly don't see what's wrong with acting immature sometimes. I use to do it all the time and nobody ever had a problem with it in-game. I honestly like candidates who know how to lighten up and know when to be serious.

I was taking a look at your other mod app and realized that most of the people who voted 'yes' last time, have voted 'no' this time.
I think the main reason for that is because you got hacked, which also greatly impacted my decision this time around.
I do believe in second chances, but you being hacked effected my decision... so that's why I voted 'no.'
Yes, you are running multiple virus scans and what not, but I'm kind of worried that it'll happen again.
Besides that fact, I don't like your 'attitude' towards some people. In some of your posts on the forums, they make you seem like a know-it-all. That's just me though.
