I've not been in-game recently because of my computer, but a few weeks ago when I was you were what we would call a "mod hunter" LOL. The Infractions, If I said that you shouldn't get mod because of that i'd be a hippocrit. I know fully well that infractions arn't always given for being a "bad person" "cos meh, I got a shit ton myself" mostly for spamming :L So also they cannot really distinguish how you will act as a moderator, because forums are places were standard English wuld be used, and In-game does not require that, as we can all talk phenexticly.
