If optics and vps are both down, i doubt they will open back up just to get some files. Mabey is enough people complain they will, but either way idk. I don't think your going to find a cheap vps thats even worth while. I hope you do though. It might be fun to restart and have everyones acc's at lvl 3. New competition. Although i'm sure most kids would bitch about how the week they spent gettin maxed was so grueling and they don't wanna have to do it again. They can stfu, at least we would have a server. Anyways, i hope it gets back up.

Their not down. They closed down all RSPS's because of Jagex new rule or some shit. Gir is working on recovering the files right now. The servers been tethering lately, going on and off every 10 minutes.

guys i doubt a miricle will happen but im new to this vps thing so all im saying is dont keep ur chances high that a miricle shall jump out of the sky i have no proof that michael did this but all we can do is wait hope and help gir by sending these link things so im just saying keep it up and when server is up i beleive that most items will not be returned to owners but that means we start econmy fresh but what ever happens in the future guys hold on and keep sending gir those links#@$

wait, so your saying silabgarza has been shut down coz sum server hosting thingy has decided they have had enough of the rs servers.. does that mean all private servers r shut??

To answer your question yes anything that was under vps was shut down....
