It doesn't take any GFX knowledge to save a picture as a PNG.... Right click a picture, save picture as, and for the file type put PNG. Usually if it says JPEG it is a JPEG so don't bother with it.

3. Any preferred things? I.E. Dimensions and colors? quite alot of c4d's around it, like explosions, a sort of reddish purple color

It's still a JPEG... taking a jpeg picture and putting a fake PNG label on paint and reuploading doesn't change that dude.

When somebody saves it as JPEG the damage is done. You need a new picture.

Cmon people, this is common sense knowledge.
