Some quick bug fixes, have a large list to do

• Staking is temp disabled for now, will be back maybe tonight
  
• Staff can no longer tele to people in pkbox unless they have spawn
  
• Dhai won't appear as shade robes in trade anymore (2nd screen)
  
• Hobgoblins from old gwd won't appear as slayer tasks anymore.
  
• The GWD portal in Superzone goes to the new bosses now.
  
• 3rd Age Ammy now has really high bonus' again.
  
• Trade has been moved back to Fally due to popular demand.
