I think it's lame as hell to have a go at somebody for not speaking English very well, especially if it's not his native language, could we try some constructive criticism ?

He's a nice guy and REALLY doesn't deserve this sort of abuse.

Ciwato, you're a nice guy and that's why I supported you.
However, I feel that perhaps you should get a little more experience, in game and in forums so that you can make a successful moderator application.
