Travis, Cody, and I worked a bit on the forums today.

UPDATES:

- The smilies are all updated.
These.
- :roll: - :eek: - :fail: - O.o
- :mad: - :nice: - v.v - :luv:
- - - - :p
- - :o - ^^ -
(No more white spots around the edges)

- kBank tab fixed
- Also, the greenfox + orangefox styles are updated and corrected.
- The top 5 stats were replaced with top viewed threads.
- Removed the 'Appeal/report' archives. Only forum staff can see em now.
- Tags added to Achievements.
