For PVM it's great, not so great on players but it's being buffed to just the right amount on players, it won't be hitting 100s, maybe about 70 or 75.

and yea ive seen quite a few ppl who got from tarn...but if you cant be fucked to go and you got 40$ its a good thing to donate for now.
