[UPDATE] Massive Forum Update 03-02-12

Now for the updates.

A LOT of forum updates have been done by yours truly.
They got super boring, and super lame, so I vamped them up a bit.

Here's what's new!

A lot of sections and categories were merged to more appropriate sections/categories.

- A Client Download section was made for quick access to playing SilabGarza.
- A new 'Ingame' category has been made. All your server needs are located here.
- A Pking and PvM category has been made. All your pking, show off, and clans are found here.
- A section has been made to appeal your forum account ban that only banned members can see. We're still working on permissions and shit.

The sections now look like this.
