A background.

Well I suppose all I can say is I'm stumped on a piece of work.

So far, I have this

And I can't seem to come up/make anything decent to finish it off, anyone got any suggestions?
I'd prefer if you gave me steps to follow so that I can learn, rather than just take a picutre and have it finished.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me with this little problem.
(This is also, in fact, my first Render sig)

Info that may help:
The kind of theme I'm going for is somewhat "Light & Bright" if that helps at all.(to contrast against the purple and red etc.)
I can also hand over the render if anyone wants to have a go at it.

It looks great but you could either just make it a little smaller.

Or perhaps add like a school background or something, always looks great with anime work.

But no, really good work.

Use a white soft brush and make random dots right next to the render (it will appear as light coming from behind it.)
Do image-image size- change the height to like 200px.
This will increase the quality of the image (less pixelized.)
