No offense....but this past week I have been playing alot and I've only seen you on for maybe 1 hour and leave. Also I heard you get admin as a request. That being said you have to show to the admins that you are doing good and make them realize how much effort you are putting in to help other players.

i think brit denied this, but idk... and i guess i dont really see why, sure other mods have been here for longer, but no other mod is on more than i am... i do my job as many of the players that had criticized my being a mod a while back have now said, i have much improved, i have proven myself as a moderator now, and believe i am ready for the next step up, as do i believe this, and think, the only way to find out, is by merely giving me that chance.

not to mention, while we go without admins on daily, wherever they may be in their lives right now, they are NOT here... tho even if they were, we do need more. as we only have 3, and at most, 2 that get on at the same time. we need more administrative roles, and im ready to fulfill one, if you guys are ready to let my try.

Oak Tree has been having doubts about his future on SilabGarza, but Brittany said even if he doesn't stay... There won't be any new admins for awhile until the mods prove themselves to her.

So basically;;

Just start helping a lot and do your job right then when she goes to make her rounds asking which mod should be promoted, the people will say you if you've been good to them.

applying for admin is a secondary way of obtaining it, kinda like a flare yelling a brit "hey, i think i can handle this, whatcha think"
and as for the people saying i think i could do good, well... again, look at previous replies.

I have not seen you on much. Im on more then you and im on maybe 4 hours a day. And yes we need some more Admins but i dont think you have enough experience on the server to be one. Nothing against you personaly. I think you are one of our best mods at the moment. Your just not ready for this.

There isn't anything pointless about this thread, and regardless of what people say, you can apply for admin.
As pointless as it is, it shows you want it, and find your time could be better in helping with Admin Powers.

Secondly, LMFAO IRL @ the 70-120 hours per week. Honestly i saw you maybe 1 hour a day when i played, and you'd either be afk at modzone, skilling, or just ignoring everyone.
