Ok to start off you need to make a new Project.
400x250 or w/e you choose.
Then choose the text you want.
Now what we want to do, is to make a reflection.
To do that you need to duplicate the layer by holding Ctrl+J.
Hold Ctrl+T to Transform and repeat what it says below.
On the duplicated layer, add a layer mask. To do that do the following:
Then use the Gradient tool on the Layer Mask with the following settings.
Now click, while holding the shift button, and hold from the bottom to the top of the first main text layer.
And should look like this.
Then you have finished.
If you want to add a transperent background, delete the background layer.
Final Outcome:
Thanks for Reading and good luck on your try.

Hmm, since I'm new. I'll give it a go and see if it turns out like that. Will do it after I get some sleep in me though. I'll post my results afterwards as well, so you can laugh at it.
